Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy
We want you to love your Mew Lang purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at mewlangofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return label.
3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the replacement item will ship once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.
